In early 2019 we will open the doors of our premium shared workspace at the Sanlam Tower on Waiyaki Way, Nairobi. Designed by the American architecture firm, Corgan, Workable combines the professionalism and comfort of a high-end corporate office with the open and social atmosphere of a coworking space. In an era of increasing mobility and expanding choice, large leases and long commitments constrain companies looking for flexible and modular officing solutions. Workable was created to provide that flexibility, so that companies can focus less on logistics and more on getting work done.
Enter through Connect Cafe, our open-to-the-public coworking cafe, and you’ll find move-in ready offices that can accommodate groups from two to fourteen people. Our expansive terrace space, which has extended cafe seating as well as a fully enclosed and air-conditioned office and meeting rooms, provides an abundance of natural light to power your work day.
Workable will also manage a calendar of events for the Nairobi business community, from workshops, to executive education, to certifications and social events. The inside-outside cafe space will also be open to rent for outside events.
