Where exactly are you located?

We’re located on the 4th floor in the Sanlam Building on Waiyaki Way, Nairobi.

Do you have a co-working membership?

We’ve designed the cafe inside Workable to be fully optimized for the coworking experience. You do not need to be a member to work at the cafe. Operated by Connect Coffee, our coworking cafe is completely open-to-the-public. Come on by to plug in and experience it! And while you’re there, you can get a tour of the full workspace facilities.

Can non-members rent a meeting room?

Yes, absolutely. Although members get special rates, and meeting room credits included with their membership, we’re happy to rent by the hour for a variety of uses.

What is Workable ?

Workable Nairobi is a people first workspace that sits across 2 floors at Sanlam Tower in Westlands along Waiyaki Way. 

At Workable, we believe business should work without constraints and that is why we have created a workspace that can be scaled up or down from as little as 2-40 people as your needs change. 

Our office space sits across 22,000 sq. Ft and holds up to 230 desks, 5 on demand meeting rooms, 3 private use office meeting rooms and 1 Mother’s/Wellness room to accommodate nursing mothers. 

What type of workspaces does Workable offer?

Workable offers a variety of workspaces designed to accommodate the needs of companies of all sizes and stages. All shared workplaces include access to common areas such as cafés, meeting rooms, lounges, phone booths, wellness rooms and more.

Does Workable offer virtual memberships?

Yes. Our Club Access Virtual Memberships provide businesses with: 

  • Use of Workable as the registered office location. 
  • Free parking for guests on the ground floor 
  • Receive and hold mail – courier or postal 
  • Mail Handling services free of charge 
  • Use of Workable App as a part of Workable Community 
  • Member rate for meeting room use

How many locations does Workable have?

We have one at the moment at Sanlam Tower, Waiyaki Way but we have plans to expand so hang around for updates on that.

Workable is home to a variety of companies, from Non-Profit Organizations, Tours and Travel
agencies, Fintech companies, Information Technology, Hotels, Corporate Real Estate, among others.

What are Workable’s typical hours of operation?

Members have 24/7 access to their offices and locations are staffed by Community Managers and Operations Associates Monday — Friday from 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM.

How much does membership cost?

Pricing varies based on your team size and location. For specific pricing information kindly send us an email to this address: hello@workable.space or contact us on 0709 324 000.

How long is a membership term?

Membership terms range from at least 6 months to 1 year with automatic renewals.

Do Workable workspaces come furnished?

Yes. Workable workspaces come fully furnished with sit-stand desks and ergonomic seats.

 

Can I change the size of my office?

Yes. Workable offers flexible terms that make it easy to scale – space up (or down) as the needs of your business change.

 

What type of internet is available on-site?

All memberships come with enterprise-level wireless, which is provided throughout the Workable network, and every member company is provisioned with a private VLAN subnet. In addition, complimentary guest Wi-Fi is available for visitors.

How do conference room reservations work?

Included in Workable memberships, conference rooms can be booked in advance through the Workable app. For non-members, you may book a conference room by calling the Workable line and our personnel will then ensure that the space is booked and prepared for you.

What services and amenities are included in a Workable membership?

In addition to access to an on-site café, wellness room, terrace, and other common areas, members also receive a wide array of complimentary services and amenities, including:

What is Workable’s guest policy?

Guests are always welcome at Workable. Our Workable App allows our members to manage access for their guests. Our front office also offers hotel standard hospitality to help assist your guests. Members can also host their own events in our space.

Are there additional costs for amenities and services such as mail, printing, or Wi-Fi?

No. Workable bundles everything into one monthly fee for a truly all-inclusive experience.

 

Does Workable offer any special benefits or perks to members?

Yes. Our member benefits include complimentary office door branding, lift lobby, and digital signage branding, a curated program of events, private sound-insulated ventilated phone booths, monthly meeting room credits, monthly printing credits, daily facility management services and general office cleaning.

Does Workable offer on-site parking?

Yes. Workable offers on-site parking at a monthly fee for its members. We also have free parking for guests.
